here is my situation! yesterday i redeemed the ringmaster25 chip. on about my 10th spin i hit the random jackpot for 8190.00. the amount was credited to my balance so i completed my play through which by then my withdrawable balance was $13,001.00. i dropped back down to 8190.00 and when i contacted live help they said no! what do they do with the random jackpot money i noticed that the jackpot was reset to 5000.00.
